Your BN (=customer ID) and the corresponding InstallKey was sent to you by Email after your order has been processed.
Please check the delivery note attached to the Email.
You do NOT need the UpdateCode for the first installation of your Cubus software.
The same applies for a software update of a computer with Internet access (=standard case),
because the Cubus software has an automatic update functionality.
The UpdateCode is needed only for an offline installation of the update.
In this case, as a first step you must download the installation packages on a computer with internet access.
As a second step you then transfer these executable packages to your target computer and launch the installation.
The UpdateCode is needed for the download of the installation packages only.
You can find the actual UpdateCode in the dialog 'Update' of the CubusExplorer (main menu>'Licenses+Updates'). The UpdateCode is listed under 'UpdateStatus'.
